
Chef Samie Weiss is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts’ esteemed Hospitality Program, where her passion for cooking evolved from a simple at-home hobby into a culinary art form. What started as hosting intimate dinner parties, festive holiday gatherings, and social events has since blossomed into a vibrant career dedicated to bringing people together around the table.
Chef Samie’s philosophy is that hosting is much more than preparing a meal; it's about crafting experiences, telling stories, and creating lasting memories. She believes that food has the power to nurture not just the body but the soul.
